Mr. Numbers did ONE calculation and decided we should just keep our money. 💀

But somewhere between the jokes, there’s a real business lesson here:

A business should never depend on one person. Not even the founder.

Recipes. Systems. Processes. Standards.

That’s how you protect the quality people love — while building something that can actually grow.

So yes… Madam Potté has entered her systems era. 😂
