2026 season is here!! Still waiting for those warmer nighttime temps to get our peppers and tomatoes in the ground but the farm is spring prepped and ready to go - which we need to give a huge thanks to our amazing farm worker who has done so much hard work we couldn’t have done it without her!

We have been hard at work getting organized and ready to plant out the greenhouse and the farm….unfortunately the upcoming cold nights might mean we have to wait a bit longer. These plant babies need in the dirt!

Well another season is upon us - been a few busy months raising all our seed babies - all the ingredients for cowboy candy, hot sauce, salsa, pickles and all the other favourites! We have some really interesting super hot peppers this year - I’m excited to see what kind of spice we are in for!

Update: Sold out - thank you to everyone for supporting local! We will have fresh berries ready june through September coming up this season!

Norns Creek Farm frozen berries available for sale! Grown on the farm last summer then flash frozen on cookie sheets so they don’t stick together- we have raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries.

Sold in large ziplock bags, 3-5 lbs/bag (depending on the berry) sold at $6/lb. Will deliver in Castlegar area.

Only one day until Trails Incredible Farmers Market at Waneta plaza! Attached is a vendor map so you can find us, just come in the main doors from the parking lot and turn left.

We will be there Friday night and Saturday 💯, but Sunday will depend on inventory as we are getting low in stock. Hope to see you there!

Well it’s sad but exciting - our last market of the year is only 5 days away Trails Incredible Farmers Market at Waneta mall Dec 12-14!

In addition to new hot sauces, this market we are featuring the most delicious Caramelized Crabapple Jelly that comes both in regular and Spicy Crabapple Habanero versions! It’s carefully cooked down a bit longer than standard jelly to add a depth of flavour while keeping the light jelly texture. Eat this with cheese and crackers, Brie, charcuterie, or my favourite- replace cranberry jelly at Christmas dinner with Crabapple jelly!

Less than a week until the Brilliant Christmas Market in Castlegar! An amazing lineup of craft and food vendors! This will be our second last market of the year - and will include a new array delicious hot sauces in addition to pickles, salsa and the favourite cowboy candy and bbq sauce!
