Grandmother’s Greenhouse (Aso’s Danaetl’Adze Kwa) is growing—and we’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, drive revenue, and get deals across the finish line.
If you’re a strong salesperson who thrives in a fast-moving environment—and you bring experience or interest in plants, land, or restoration work—this is a role where you can stand out.
💼 The Role:
You’ll lead sales and inventory for a growing Indigenous-owned company supplying native seeds and seedlings for restoration projects across Treaty 8.
💻You’ll be:
-Driving sales growth and client relationships
-Working with industry partners across forestry, environmental, and energy sectors
-Supporting clients in selecting the right solutions for their projects
-Managing inventory and aligning supply with demand
-Playing a key role in how we grow as a business
⚡ What makes someone successful here:
-You’re confident in sales conversations and closing deals
-You build trust quickly and know how to maintain strong relationships
-You’re comfortable learning technical details and applying them in real conversations
-You can manage multiple priorities and keep things moving
🌱 Bonus strengths (highly valued in this role):
-Background in plant science, horticulture, forestry, or restoration
-Experience working with native species or environmental projects
-Familiarity with inventory systems or operations
📍 Location: Blueberry River First Nation (Northeast BC)
🕒 Full-time | 40 hrs/week
