Huge shoutout to Adagio Acres & the Winter Grain CSA — the powerhouse farm with the mill, the vision, and the heart. These legends are taking all the small-batch, organic grains that normally get ignored by the big system and turning them into something epic: the Winter Grain CSA.

They’re scooping up beautiful “leftover” crops from farmers across the province, cleaning and milling them with love, and sending them straight into Manitoba kitchens instead of letting them go to waste. Zero-waste. Zero nonsense. 100% local food hero energy. 💪🌱

And yup — 7AM Farm is proud to be part of the crew making this happen. It’s all about community, real food, and keeping our farmers growing wild, diverse, soil-building crops that actually feed people AND the planet.
