Good day beautiful people ❤️ Had to make my own birthday cake because everyone said it is soooo complicated to make Doriel Wow Thea❤️❤️ Vladimir Yurchenko 🤔
It's actually very simple I just had to start the presentation 3 days before 😍
-bake the cream puffs
-cook the custard cream
-make the chocolate ganache
-assemble the cake
-glaze it with chocolate ganache
Seems pretty simple to me 😅

Good day beautiful people ❤️ did you know that our almond croissant is double baked for that extra crunch 🤤 and filled with homemade almond paste made with real almond flour and lots of butter 😋
Make sure to come early because they don't last long 😃 once it's sold out you will have to wait until next weekend ❣️
