The rain has stopped and the sun is shining! Robin is out picking some amazing purple sprouting broccoli. There is lots for the farmstand and enough to be an item for this week's Saanich Organics CSA box! With the warmer weather our new season crops are growing well with veggie starts being sold this year at Down to Earth Gardens and Nursery. See you on the weekend!

An exciting day on the farm as we tilled in our cover crop area and broke grown for the new season : ) Seedlings are growing in our greenhouses and we still have a good selection of winter produce on the farmstand stocked fresh Tuesday and Saturdays.
One sad note is our winter carrots are all sold out. We have to wait till our new spring carrots ripen by early June.

Happy New Year to all our amazing customers! We are putting back on our boots after a great Holiday break to start harvest for our first farmstand of 2026 this coming TUESDAY, JANUARY 6TH
We will also start back up at Moss Street Market Saturday, January 10th. We also have some spots available for our Saanich Organics CSA box program if you want even more veggies!

We are enjoying full fall/winter abundance. This mild fall is allowing for an amazing abundance of produce. Saturday's you will find Sea Bluff produce at our farmstand AND now at Moss Street Market ! With rainy, darker days, cooking at home with friends or family is such a special activity. Come out this weekend for ingredient inspiration for some cozy fall meals.

A big week getting ready for our Thanksgiving farmstands. We started harvesting our winter leeks and parsnips and they are looking great! All our squash is off the field. This is such a great time of year of abundance of crops. Tuesday's farmstand will be stocked well and Saturday's stand will be the full Thanksgiving focused one. Proud to be a part of your families meals : ) See you at the stand.
