ایک بڑا مزے کا جگاڑ ہاتھ لگا شامی کباب تو آج کل تقریبا ہر گھر میں بنتے ہیں ۔شامی کباب جب بھی بنانے ہوتے تھے تو جب سوچتی تھی کہ بیٹھ کہ ہاتھ سے 40 سے 50 کباب بنانے پڑیں گے وہی دل دھک سے رہ جاتا اور سستی آ جاتی تو ابھی کل ہی اس مسئلے کا حل مل گیا ہے آپ نے شامی کباب کا مصالحہ بنا نا ہے اور کسی چوکور ٹرے میں پہلے پلاسٹک ریپ اور پھر شامی کباب کا مصالحہ پھیلا دینا ہے اوراتنا پھیلائیں کہ جتنا آپ کباب موٹا بناتی ہیں اتنا موٹا ہو جائے اب اس پہ تیز چھری سے چوکور کٹ لگا کر فریز کر لیں ۔فریز ہونے پی نکال کر شاپر میں ڈال کر رکھ لیں ۔یہ کباب بریڈ میں لگانے کیلئے بھی آسان ہیں اور میرا خیال ہے مہمانوں اور گھر والوں کو بھی کوئی اعتراض نہیں ہو گا کہ کباب گول کیوں نہیں چوکور کیوں ہیں ۔کیا خیال ہے آپ کا کیسا لگا میرا جگاڑ ؟؟؟ یہ ٹپ جاب کرنے والی اور چھوٹے بچوں کی ماوں کیلئے بہترین ہے ۔
