I remember my early mocktail attempts, mostly juice and soda water with zero plan. These four are what I wish I'd had back then, simple, actually good, no bartending degree required!
The syrups I use now to make them taste less "kiddie drink" and more "actual mocktail" are linked below, small thing, bigger difference than I expected.
