Ensemble, ils ont échangé sur les grands enjeux qui touchent l’industrie : sécurité alimentaire, gaspillage, récupération des surplus et importance des partenariats entre les acteurs du secteur pour soutenir les communautés.

Au cœur des discussions : le rôle du SIAL Canada dans l’écosystème agroalimentaire, le programme SoSIAL, les 10 ans de collaboration avec Moisson Montréal et l’impact concret des initiatives mises en place pendant le salon.

Et les résultats sont bien réels :

🎙️ During SIAL Canada 2026, Moisson Montréal recorded a special episode of its podcast Parler Sans Faim, bringing together Véronic Laliberté (Area Vice-President, Corporate Financing & Senior Accounts - Eastern Canada FCC Food and Beverage), Chantal Vézina (CEO of Moisson Montréal) and our CEO Stephane Thuillier.

Together, they discussed key challenges shaping the agri-food industry: food security, food waste, surplus recovery, and the importance of partnerships between sector stakeholders to support communities.

At the heart of the conversation: the role of SIAL Canada within the agri-food ecosystem, the SoSIAL program, 10 years of collaboration with Moisson Montréal, and the concrete impact of initiatives implemented during the show.

And the results are tangible:
