What you’re looking at is the beginning of our spirits. 🐝

These are our own honeybees filling comb cells with fresh nectar. Over time, they evaporate the water and transform it into honey. We harvest some of that honey, ferment it, distill it, and turn it into Bee Wild Vodka and Gin.

A lot happens between flower and cocktail. 🍸

The honeybees are working extra hard right now, and so are we! So, we have extended our open hours to Fridays AND Saturdays 12:30-4:30. Come by, you might just see our honeybees hard at work.

Shawn is all set up at the market today, he’s here from 9:30-1:00. Do you see your favourite spirit on the board today? It rotates weekly to keep things fresh and fun!

And, don’t forget we have our full lineup of spirits in the tasting room, open every Saturday from 12:30-4:30.

Sunshine in a glass, wild botanicals in every sip.

Meet the Gin Fizz that steals the spotlight: crafted with Bee Wild’s Hip Hop Gin, topped with sparkling soda, and finished with a fresh rosemary sprig for an aromatic twist. Crisp, refreshing, and bursting with character, it’s the perfect companion for warm afternoons and golden hour gatherings.

Every pour captures the spirit of the wild, blending smooth botanical notes with bright citrus and effervescent fizz. One sip and you’ll understand why this cocktail deserves an encore.

Hip Hop Fizz:
• 2 oz Bee Wild Hip Hop Gin
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice or grapefruit juice
• ½ oz honey syrup
• Soda water
• Rosemary garnish

Shake the gin, lemon (or grapefruit) juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with rosemary.

Raise a glass to locally crafted spirits, unforgettable cocktails, and moments worth savouring. 🌞🐝
