For the next three days, Lisa Hau | Artist will be away from the farm and sharing at the Harmony Arts Festival Festival in West Vancouver, so I wanted to take a moment to jump in here and celebrate her.��I’m eternally grateful for everything she brings to the farm and our life! She’s the partner I could have only dreamed of. 😍��Between paintings, markets, design and creating content, nurturing friendships and family, designing shoes and a clothing line, building community and creating a balanced life (or trying 😆), she’s still somehow available to jump into whatever the farm needs!
She’ll harvest some carrots or pull a few weeds, she’ll cover the farmers’ market stall when we need backup, or just come along because she loves connecting with our community. She’s also on here sharing the inspiration and beauty we get to see in living farm life!��We dream big together and face challenges together.
She reminds me that creating an epic life isn’t just about working hard, but also about making space for play, laughter, health, creativity, connection, and balance along with the meaningful work.��Watching her create inspires me every single day.��Did you know that she has even created a line of botanical syrups for your sparkling drinks and culinary creations?!��If you’ve ever worked here on the farm, you’ve probably been treated to her tasty smoothies too, delivered right to the field!
I’ve been meaning to write this ever since she started featuring the other amazing people helping us on the farm this season, but social media usually falls to the bottom of my list.
