CSAs are about timing! As a seasonal Sheep & Goat Dairy we follow the natural breeding patterns of the animals. Breeding in the fall / lambing and kidding in early spring. Once the little ones have learned how to eat and drink on their own we begin milking.
Today we are roughly 3 weeks away from milking and making cheese, CSA customers help us (and seasonal farms) make it through the gap between winter slowdown and the start of production!

Our woodland raised pork is all back from the butcher now! The freezer is stocked. *** We only raise a handful of hogs each year so this is all the pork we will have for the season. Stock up now before it's all gone!!! Farmstand is open 8am to 6pm EVERY day!
