The menu for the last couple Saturdays of August is here 🤍

We’re officially getting close to cozy fall flavour season but I had to bring back a favourite before we get there.

Cheddar Scallion is back 🧀🌿 This one was such a hit when I had it on the menu back in March, so I wanted to bring it back for the Westfort Street Fair and these last couple weeks before the fall loaves start making their way in.

And on the cookie side, there are a few fun ones hanging around too 👀 Chocolate Treasure is staying for the rest of the month, along with Neapolitan + Strawberry Swirl after all the love they got at the market.

Pre-orders for this Saturday are closed, but I will have a few extras available, so keep an eye out on my stories! And if you're looking for something specific, send me a message and I'll let you know if I have enough available.

The Westfort Street Fair is TOMORROW!! 🍞🤍

I’m doing the absolute most my little Bakehouse oven will allow 😂 100 sourdough loaves are in the works, plus cookies, muffins, granola & a couple fun things I’ve been keeping up my sleeve 👀

A cheddar scallion loaf from my surprise pop-up yesterday 😋

This loaf received a lot of love back in March when I brought it onto the menu so I knew I wanted to bring it back for the this year.

I’ve had this cookie on my mind for a while now, but I knew it would be the perfect one to bring onto the menu for Nick’s birthday month & the timing couldn’t have worked out more perfectly because the Westfort Street Fair is August 15th which also happens to be Nick’s actual birthday 🥳

Soooo she’s making her debut at the fair, BUT she needs a name.

She’s made with my classic chocolate sourdough cookie base, loaded with crushed Oreos, white chocolate chips AND semi-sweet chocolate chips 🤍

So I need your help!! Drop your best name for this cookie in the comments 👇🏻

Every bake day I of course set aside at least a couple muffins for us to enjoy in the coming days. I think I’ve kept these on the menu so long because I just love a lemon poppyseed dessert of any kind🫶🏻

These came onto the menu as a feature but I don’t want to let them go😍

The Multi-chip Mashup is a mix of my 2 personal loves.

1️⃣ The classic multi-chip cookie the Bakehouse is known for: long fermented sourdough cookie base loaded with semi-sweet chips and dark chocolate chunks, sprinkled with sea salt.

2️⃣ The rich chocolate sourdough cookie base version🤎

You can find this beauty at the The Westfort Village Street Fair on August 15th, among some other menu favourites💕 After that she will be retired for a new cookie feature the rest of August.
