Deep and delicious chocolate cake for you and your Valentine, your Galentine, or your family!

Ours is made with real food ingredients like, Belgian chocolate, sea salt, vanilla bean, and buttermilk. All the nostalgia, none of the weird stuff.

Here’s the hack:
∙ 2L disposable pan with lid (Dollarama!)
∙ Add 1/4 cup extra butter to the frosting
∙ Piping/ziptop bag with a star tip

Bake for 25-30 minutes, whip up that frosting with 1/4 cup more butter (3/4 cup total), pipe those iconic rosettes, and freeze for the full throwback experience

New year, new chapter — and a little moment for us to step out from behind the brand and (re)introduce ourselves ✨

We’re the founders and people behind Glazed: two moms, recipe developers, and longtime friends who believe great baking should feel both elevated and doable.

So, hi 👋🏼 — here’s a little about us:

Donna is our co-founder, recipe developer, and operations lead — and the driving force behind our growth. Donna is our precise, wildly talented baker who believes measurements matter (yes, rulers are a staple tool in her kitchen arsenal). She’s the reason every recipe — and process — runs smoothly.

Stina is a former designer and recipe developer turned menu planner and now co-founder. A devoted list-maker, Stina brings the brand vision, creative direction, and big-picture thinking behind Glazed — always with a plan (business or otherwise) in hand.

We both have a deep love for the elegant and simple, and can’t wait to share more of what we’ve been working on 🤍
