Sam Ajmera along with his sons, Ojus and Tejus, have been in the bakery business for over 40 years. With their passion for food and providing great eating experiences, the Ajemera’s launched Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads in 2011.

“Don’t fight tradition” is a familiar saying at the Ajmera family table. The tradition of making flatbreads has been in existence for over 6,000 years. For the family,

the start of the journey of creating Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads was all about being true to the history, heritage and homage to these worldly breads. In staying true to authentic baking methods the flatbreads are made with the finest ingredients using traditional baking methods. Just as they were thousands of years ago, Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads are made with no artificial preservatives. Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads is on a perpetual journey to seek out and create the most authentic, great tasting flatbreads the world has to offer. To do this we employ Company specific baking methods and use only the best ingredients.
