A classic, full-bodied Rhône Valley-style white. The nose opens with orange peel, tropical fruit, white peach, and delicate florals. The palate brings a textured, waxy richness with canned peaches, wet stone minerality, and hints of beeswax and vanilla.

​🍷 Border Vines 2022

A Bordeaux-inspired red led by Petit Verdot and Merlot. Expect aromas of red cherry, spice, leather, violet, and white pepper. Medium-to-full-bodied with bright acidity, delivering rich flavours of ripe black cherry, cloves, nutmeg, dark chocolate, and toasted oak.

​🍇 Syrah 2022

This second release is aged for 24 months in Hungarian and French barrels. Deep ruby with an intriguing bouquet of liquorice, baking spices, fig, and blackberry. On the palate, fresh acidity highlights notes of violet, blueberry, cocoa, white pepper, and gingerbread.
