🍷 Château de Sales — Pomerol Tasting
Join us at Dymon W**e Cellar for a limited w**e tasting experience featuring select vintages from Château de Sales, one of the most historic estates in the Pomerol appellation, Bordeaux.
With origins dating back to the 15th century, Château de Sales is known for producing w**es that combine structure, elegance, and a true expression of terroir — a defining style of Pomerol.
This evening will focus on mature vintages, offering a rare opportunity to explore how these w**es evolve over time and reveal deeper complexity in the glass.
