Not all dumplings are savoury. 🫐🥟💙 And yes, it's messy but delicious!

One of our favourite surprises in class? Dessert.

These sweet blueberry dumplings are filled using John's grandmother's family recipe, a tradition that's been passed down through generations and is now something we're excited to share with you.

Soft, comforting, and just the right amount of sweet, they're the perfect way to end an evening of making dumplings from around the world.

As the National Bank Open comes to a close tomorrow, John, our Head Chef at Roll This Way, caught up with Head Chef Ashtad Dadachanji Marigolds & Onions to talk about what an amazing (and VERY busy 😅) 16 days it’s been.

Our team rolled over 25,000 pieces of sushi over the course of the tournament — and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who helped make it happen. 💪🍣

A huge thank you to Marigolds and Onions Catering & Event Production for having us be part of such an incredible event, and to our Roll This Way crew who absolutely crushed it. ❤️
