Through rain, sleet, snow... the Ontario Spring season can't seem to make up its mind.

Throw on your rain slicker and your wellies and head on down to the for the weekly farmer's market. I am here until 1 p.m. alongside the amazing farmers, bakers, food vendors, and creators.

Maybe you'll be lucky enough to pick-up one of our remaining bottles of our 2024 harvest Copper Moon, which was aged in French oak. This tannic and tropical cider should not be missed.

CIDERDAY! 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

I'm back at the Saturday Farmer's Market this weekend with NINE ciders. That's right, NINE. released their barrel-aged goodness recently, and it's here for all your cider-buying needs:

Copper Moon - full bodied, aged in French oak
Bourbon Barrel - rich and nutty, with whisky notes and vanilla, aged in bourbon barrels
Crimson Reserve - fruity and light, aged in chardonnay barrels
Kingston Black - ripe apple, bright citrus, french oak, and sandalwood, aged in French oak barrels

Who's back at it on this fine November morning? Yep, me. I've brought SEVEN of our fine ciders with me today to the Farmer's Market, including our latest release: Copper Moon. This full-bodied cider has been barrel-aged on French oak. Notes black tea and clementine. Perfect for the cooler weather ahead.

The Don Valley is the place to be in mid-October. The Fall colours are spectacular, and the Farmer's Market is on until 1 p.m. Swing by to see me and the beautiful Fall line-up that I have including our latest release: Windy Ridge.

Windy Ridge is a single orchard, single varietal cider that was fermented on its skins. Crisp with citrus notes, this cider will not disappoint.
