Crosstown Craft BBQ is officially opening the books for next year! After a busy season of pop-ups, weddings, birthday parties, and private events, we’re ready to bring real Texas craft barbecue to more celebrations across the GTA.

We specialize in events for 80–200+ guests, cooking on site so everything is smoked, seasoned, and served perfectly. By taking on only one event per weekend, we make sure every detail from the smoke to the service is flawless.

Our menus feature everything from smoked brisket to house made sausages, and carefully executed sides, all tailored to your event while staying true to the traditions of Central Texas BBQ.
