Spend a winter evening tasting six characterful wines from across Burgundy — opening with the crisp, mineral edge of Chablis, flowing into the rounded generosity of the Mâconnais, pausing in Beaujolais for its bright, expressive reds, and finishing with the refined complexity of the Côte d’Or, celebrated for its benchmark Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a comforting, regionally inspired dish from Enid, created to complement the style and story of each glass.
