Ok, I am not over selling this... this cute Butternut Squash is the last of my 2025 harvest. The colour and flavor are quite good for being from last year's yield, but the texture was not as I like it. The long shelf life really impressed me. With fresh carrot tops and green onions from my spring "grow-op", well worth it.
