🧀 Easy Marinated Baby Mozzarella Recipe with Garlic, Olives & Pepperoncini
Looking for a quick and flavourful appetizer? Try this Italian-inspired recipe! 🇮🇹
Ingredients:
🧀 8 oz Baby Mozzarella
🫒 1 cup mixed olives
🌶 ½ cup pepperoncini
🫑 ½ cup roasted red peppers
🧄 3–4 garlic cloves
🧀 ¼ cup grated Parmesan
🫒 ½ cup olive oil
🌿 Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add the mozzarella, olives, peppers, and garlic to a jar.
Add Parmesan, herbs, and seasonings.
Pour in olive oil and gently mix.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavours develop.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers and enjoy!

🍋🍯 How to Cook Our Marinated Chicken Breasts 🌿

Our chicken breasts come fully marinated and ready to cook — no prep or extra seasoning needed. Just choose your favourite flavour and enjoy juicy, delicious chicken!

Available Flavours:

🍋 Greek Lemon Chicken — fresh, bright lemon flavour with aromatic herbs.

🍯 Honey Dijon Chicken — a touch of sweetness with a smooth Dijon mustard finish.

🔥 On the Stovetop

1️⃣ Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat.

2️⃣ Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.

3️⃣ Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for another 3–5 minutes, or until fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

🔥 On the Grill

1️⃣ Preheat the grill to medium heat.

2️⃣ Grill the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side.

3️⃣ Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

🔥 In the Oven

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Place the chicken in a baking dish.

3️⃣ Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
