👨‍🍳 Meet the man behind the menu for our upcoming Breaking Bread W**emakers Dinner. If you know Chef Ryan Byrne, you know he doesn’t mess around when it comes to a good meal. Ryan has put together four courses that give you a pretty good reason to spend the evening with us.

🍽️ STARTER
Fresh Baked Focaccia and Baguette
Whipped bone marrow butter, olive oil, sea salt

Tuna Nicoise
Albacore tuna tartare, smoked olive + tomato, tarragon vinaigrette, frisee

🍽️ MAIN COURSE
Certified Angus Beef + Hokkaido Scallop
24 hour red w**e braise, potato rosti, crème fraiche, herb salad

🍽️DESSERT
Chocolate Pot de Crème
Candied orange, whipped cream
