Vin går nok længere tilbage end det vi hidtil har været i stand til at spore os frem til. Biokemiske analyser af arkeologiske fund har dateret krukker og druekerner af Vitis vinifera sylvestris tilbage til det tidlige 6. årtusinde. I løbet af disse 8.000 år, er der blevet dyrket mere end 1200 forskellige sorter. Den stadigt stigende interesse og efterspørgsel på vin, har desværre også haft den kon

sekvens at krydsninger af sorter med størst ydeevne i fokus; og den globale opvarmning presser bønderne til at bruge mere hårdføre sorter. Bekymringen om at verden er ved at snævre antal af sorter ned til en lille flok af "internationale druer", har vi tænkt os at gøre noget ved. Vintro er en nysgerrig vinbutik som ønsker at styrke og sætte fokus på denne glemte biodiversitet. Derfor vil der hver uge, blive præsenteret en ny drue her på siden. Kan du ikke vente med at se hvilken drue der kommer på næste gang, så kom ned i butikken, Ravnsborggade 5, og se hele sortimentet
