With the grape harvest freshly wrapped up and w**e resting in the bodega, we’re excited to welcome the next season here: the olive harvest! 🫒

Harvesting by hand, we’re bringing in our Koroneiki olives, a very aromatic and highly productive variety originating from Greece. In the blend of our EVOO, Koroneiki represents around 40%, with the remainder coming from our own Arbequina olives.

This year we also harvested two of our trees with Manzanilla olives, this variety is particularly well suited for processing as whole table olives, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

A little glimpse into what the past few days have looked like here in San Juan, as we kick off harvest 2026. 🫒

Together with Koroneiki and Arbequina we also harvested two of our Manzanilla trees, bringing in absolutely beautiful olives, particularly well suited for processing as whole table olives. 😋

Now, the w**e continues its transformation in the bottle. Time does its work, allowing the w**e to evolve until the moment you can finally enjoy it.

Harvest recap ✂️🍇 This year, we started by harvesting Monastrell and Syrah for the rosé, followed by Giró Ros and Chardonnay for the white, and finally Monastrell and Syrah for the reds.

The 2025 white and reds are now bottled and resting beautifully. The rosé is still on its journey, not bottled just yet, but doing very well!

Every variety has come through harvest in great shape, and we’re excited to see how the w**es continue to develop.

From vineyard to bottle, one season at a time. 🍾
