We believe great wine begins long before the harvest, it starts in the soil!

One of the most powerful practices we've been implementing in the vineyard in recent years is the use of cover crops. Plants grown between the vine rows, not for harvest, but to nourish the land itself. At first glance, they may seem simple, even wild. But their impact runs deep.

They protect the soil from erosion, improve its structure, and help retain water, something increasingly vital in Ibiza. Instead of bare, controlled ground, the vineyard becomes a living, breathing environment, full of biodiversity, insects, flowers, and life. This balance invites resilience. It encourages harmony. And that harmony shows up in our wines.
