This time, Wolfie – the “W” in LAW Gin and the owner of the beautiful Casa Colonial on Ibiza ( .ibiza )– shows you his favourite way to enjoy a LAW Gin Tonic.

The recipe:

💜5cl LAW Gin
🫐juniper berries
🍋‍🟩lime zest
🌊tonic water

The fresh juniper and lime beautifully enhance the gin’s natural botanicals, many of which grow right here on Ibiza and can be picked straight from the tree or bush.

Simple. Authentic. Ibiza in a glass.
