High up in the hills just north of Aix-en-Provence, away from the heat of the coast, you’ll find a set of ancient stone gates. Beyond them lies the Maison Saint Aix estate. Here, we dedicate ourselves to capturing the essence of this iconic terroir in a single premium rosé. AIX is a well-balanced premium Provence rosé with a typical hypnotising salmon pink colour. The nose is fresh and fragrant, d

elicate yet youthful with sophisticated notes of fresh red fruits, peach and subtle flower hints. It offers roundness on the palate and a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish.
