Instead of a cake I made a giant KitKat Chunky for my boss's leaving do at work... and here's how.

The Making Of... This KitKat weighted nearly 7kg, and contained 36017kcal - the same as about 140 normal KitKat Chunkies. It was created and made over three days. The wrapper is hand-made. Enjoy!

Experimental cake baking again last night - Peach and Amaretto pound cakes. Wished I could have put icing on them to make them beautiful, but they were just SO MOIST. :)

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find Amaretto in Clifton.
