We love what we do.

One of the best things about Zerodegrees is giving our chefs the freedom to create their own specials from time to time and letting their talent shine.

This week, Mr. Balaji has absolutely nailed it. A warm, crisp flatbread topped with his sweet and spicy mango chutney, creamy feta, fresh coriander and fresh chilli. It pairs beautifully with our Mango Beer, one of the first mango beers we brewed almost 20 years ago as a seasonal special using the freshest ingredients. It proved so popular that it never left and has been one of our core beers ever since, simply because you loved it and kept asking for it.

Simple food, fresh beer and talented people who genuinely care about what they do. That’s what hospitality is all about, and we can’t wait for you to try this pairing.

See you in our server garden upstairs where you can sit down and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.

We met Leonard from Château Roubine this week, one of Provence’s most respected wine estates, and came away with a whole new appreciation for what goes into a truly exceptional rosé.

What struck me most wasn’t just the wine itself. It was the passion, heritage and attention to detail behind every bottle.

From learning about the estate’s history to discovering Tibouren, a rare Provençal grape variety that gives some of their wines a distinctive character, it was fascinating to hear how deeply connected these wines are to the region they come from.

It’s easy to see why Provence remains the benchmark for rosé around the world.

The good news?

This summer you’ll be able to enjoy Château Roubine Cru Classé Rosé and Hippy Rosé at Zerodegrees.

Elegant, refreshing and made for long lunches, sunny afternoons and great food shared with friends.

I have a feeling these are going to become terrace favourites.
