What if every celebration could be a celebration for the planet too? 🇮🇳🌱

Across Dell Technologies offices in Bengaluru, employees came together throughout the week to explore creative, eco-friendly ways to celebrate turning simple materials into vibrant decorations.

With 160+ participants, the initiative brought sustainability, creativity, and community together.

And the impact went beyond the workplace. 💚
The handmade decorations were donated to government schools, giving them a second life and adding a sustainable touch to their celebrations.

A big thank you to the Planet ERG volunteers at Dell Technologies and everyone who made this initiative possible.

Because when we rethink how we celebrate, even small creative choices can make a meaningful difference. 🌍

A new chapter begins in Maharashtra. 🌿

Today, we proudly inaugurated the SayTrees Maharashtra Office in Pune a significant milestone in our journey to deepen our impact across the state through ecological restoration, water conservation, agroforestry, and community-driven environmental action.

The inauguration was led by Deokant Payasi, Co-founder & CEO of SayTrees, and we were honoured to be joined by distinguished guests Namdev Nanware, Dhananjay Shedbale, Jitendra Shinde, Vivek Shivade, Manoj Kulkarni, Kajal Pokale,Shiela Christian and Kasturi Shankar, whose presence made this occasion truly special.

As we strengthen our roots in Maharashtra, we look forward to building meaningful partnerships and working together to create greener landscapes, restore ecosystems, and inspire communities to become active custodians of nature.

Most people asked — “Will they survive?”

Here’s the answer: The survival rate speaks for itself.

Planting 15 lakh trees in a single day was 10% of the work. The other 90% is what you’re seeing right now - custom drip irrigation lines, daily ground care and a team that never left.

Through dry spells, heat and uncertainty these saplings are pushing out fresh green sprouts and proving that scale and survival can go together.

Garade Lake (MH) is undergoing a remarkable transformation through dedicated restoration efforts, with the active participation of local villagers. Along with desilting the lake to enhance its water-holding capacity, a paper layer is being laid along sections of the bund to reduce water seepage and strengthen the embankment. Every step reflects a shared commitment to conserving every drop of water, recharging groundwater, and restoring the lake into a thriving ecosystem that benefits both nature and the surrounding communities.

Across the picturesque hills of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, farmers are climate-proofing their livelihoods and preparing for a greener future!

Through our Agroforestry Initiative, SayTrees provided over 10,000 sapling including fruit-bearing trees like Persimmon to empower local farmers. Today, those saplings are growing strong, bearing fruit, and directly boosting farm incomes! 📈✨
