A little from our evening at BIANCHI.

Fire on the grill, plates moving across the table, glasses being refilled, and conversations getting better as the night went on.

Hosted exclusively with Chef Pin, the evening brought Chef Gokhan’s world to the table, rooted in Turkish and Mediterranean heritage and shaped by more than two decades of cooking across cultures. Live fire, robata, handmade pasta, wood-fired baking and plates designed to be shared set the rhythm for the night.=

The best Bengali meals rarely begin with a menu. They begin with someone saying, “Come, eat.”

That is the feeling Sharmila Sinha brings to the table.

Her food is rooted in the kind of recipes that are often passed around homes, remembered from seasons, picked up through travels, and cooked with instinct rather than spectacle. From lesser-known regional favourites to chutneys full of character, every dish carries a little story with it.

You come for Rocky Mohan ’s food. But you rarely leave talking about just the food.

You remember the story he told before a course was served. The person you happened to sit beside. The dish everyone had an opinion on. The conversation that started over lunch and somehow carried on long after.

That’s what we’re beginning to love most about Rocky’s Table. Each edition brings together people who may have never met before, and for a few hours, good food makes introductions easy.

Another table shared. Another afternoon we’ll remember.

And Rocky Mohan is ready to host the next one, with a new menu.
