CABERNET 2026

The warm conditions of the 2026 season resulted in smaller Cabernet berries, with a higher proportion of skins to juice.

This can bring greater colour, structure and aromatic intensity, but also calls for a particularly sensitive approach in the cellar. Through daily tastings and careful monitoring of fermentation, we adapt extraction to reveal the fruit’s purity while preserving freshness, fine tannins and balance.
