Il Salone Nautico ha chiuso i battenti, ma ci sono ancora serate che meritano di essere raccontate.
Torniamo al Padiglione Jean Nouvel, dove il mondo della nautica ha ispirato anche l'allestimento: il legno si piega in curve sinuose, richiama le linee degli scafi e il movimento delle onde. Intorno, luci soffuse, verde mediterraneo e il porto di Genova sullo sfondo.
Un'atmosfera pensata per una serata di incontri e convivialità, con il mare sempre protagonista.

Centinaia di persone, tempi precisi, esigenze alimentari diverse. E un servizio che deve funzionare con naturalezza.
La ristorazione congressuale richiede una regia particolare: menu pensati per il ritmo della giornata, preparazioni adatte a un servizio rapido, attenzione agli sprechi e una proposta gastronomica capace di raccontare il territorio anche a chi arriva da lontano.

C’è un momento, negli eventi, che ci piace osservare: quello dello stupore.
Accade quando un luogo conosciuto cambia improvvisamente volto.
Quando si entra nel magazzino in cui si lavora ogni giorno e, per qualche secondo, si fatica a riconoscerlo.
Le scaffalature sono ancora lì, le grandi porte, le tracce della quotidianità. Ma tra luci, tavoli apparecchiati e dettagli inattesi, lo spazio diventa altro.
È forse questa una delle trasformazioni che amiamo di più: non cancellare l’identità di un luogo, ma usarla per costruire qualcosa che sorprenda proprio chi quel luogo lo conosce meglio.
E vedere gli ospiti fermarsi sulla soglia, guardarsi intorno e sorridere è la parte che non si progetta.
Ma è quella che racconta meglio il risultato.

There is a moment during an event that we always love to witness: the moment of surprise.
