Vi raccontiamo l’Appassimento: cinque vini per approfondire una delle tecniche più rappresentative della Valpolicella, dall’Amarone al Recioto.
La visita dura circa due ore e il percorso di degustazione può essere scelto anche il giorno dell’esperienza.
🇬🇧 A visit to Santa Sofia takes you on a journey through centuries of history, from the 14th-, 16th- and 18th-century cellars to the historic hall where the estate’s vintage w**es are stored.
At the end of the guided tour, you can choose from three different tasting itineraries:
Tales of Valpolicella: four w**es to discover the region’s key expressions;
Tradition and Renovation: a comparison between the most classic w**es and the most contemporary interpretations;
We Tell About Appassimento: five w**es to explore one of Valpolicella’s most characteristic techniques, from Amarone to Recioto.
The tour lasts around two hours and you can choose your tasting programme on the day of your visit.
