If the hive is healthy and strong and there’s no issue with the queen, we usually separate the extra queen cells to make new colonies (splits). We can also use these queen cells to raise new queens and introduce them into queenless hives.

That’s completely natural. Since it’s made with no additives or stabilizers, temperature changes can cause slight separation.
