Here’s how to make the Paper Plane:

INGREDIENTS
20ml Old Durbar 12 Year Old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
20ml Aperol
20ml Amara Nonino Quintessentia
20ml Fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Lime wheel, for garnish

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
