Founded in 1921, Collet is the oldest cooperative house in Champagne, renowned for it’s ‘Art Deco’ heritage and in house style. Made from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, it creates an elegant take on a modern classic.

✨ ‘A Taste of Here and There’ A Liberty restaurant event. ✨

New Zealand and International wine maker Sam Harrop MW presents four of his delicious wines from the famous regions of the Rioja in Spain and the Pfalz in Germany.

The wines are matched to a regionally-inspired 4-course menu, created by Chef Shaun and team and presented with stories from Sam himself.

Wednesday 25th February 5.30 for a 6.00pm start.

$180.00 - four courses matched with four wines and a sweet treat to finish.

Sorry due to the nature of the event we can not cater to dietary requirements.
