Ruskalicious, traditional homemade rusks, established in 2018 by Andries and Melissa. As from a young age, Andries has baked rusks at home in South Africa as a snack at home and for camping holidays. For the past 25 years he has perfected the art in baking rusks and with the help of Melissa's pastry knowledge and chef background, she added the final touches to the recipes. We couldn't keep this de

liciousness to ourselves and decided to share it with you. We started selling our rusks online and shipped across New Zealand. The word spread fast and soon we were supplying a few shops, bringing the deliciousness closer to you. Ruskalicious rusks are available in a few varieties:
Buttermilk
Anise Seed
Boerebeskuit
Gesondheids Beskuit with or without raisins
Gluten Free Buttermilk
