First Catch sets the tone with Sturia Vintage Caviar at the heart of the dish. Umeboshi brings a salty, fermented fruit character, while calamansi adds a bright, fresh citrus acidity. Wild blossoms connect the dish to spring and the season around us.

To be recognised again among some of the country’s best restaurants is a real honour, and one we are very grateful for.
