Saving zinnia seeds for next season.

I love saving seeds, there is something empowering about having your own seeds coming into the next season and knowing that they have been grown here in our beautiful healthy soils. They are also Waikato adapted seeds, meaning that they know our season and will thrive in our season.

Peachy, blush and pastel coloured zinnias are really hard to purchase here in NZ, and are crazy expensive so it's so important to save seeds. Each flower gives you 50+ seeds, you would be silly not to save them.

What are you saving?

This is what it looks like when local flower farmers actually show up for each other.

Different farms with the same values. Seasonal flowers, living soils, and a genuine belief that growing together is better than growing alone.

The Waikato has a quiet little flower community forming and honestly, it's one of my favourite things happening right now.

If you're a local grower, come find us.
