Southern Kingfish also known as Gemfish is a mild white fish with tender flesh that flakes easily making it perfect for the whole family.
Our favourite way to serve Southern Kingfish is in a burger with fresh coleslaw and tartare or with some chipotle spice in a delicious soft taco!
