At Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery, every step of our whiskey making takes place in Singapore, from fermentation and distillation to maturation and bottling under one roof.

Crafted from Thai Hom Mali rice and matured under Singapore’s tropical climate, our Hom Mali Rice Whiskey develops through constant warmth, humidity, and interaction with the cask, shaping a profile that is softer, richer, and distinctly its own.

Every whisky reflects the environment it comes from. Ours is shaped by Southeast Asian ingredients, tropical maturation, and life on the equator, offering a distinct expression of whisky from Singapore to the world.

Fermented and distilled from honey in Singapore, built on flavour and identity.

Judges described it as having
“loads of blood orange on the nose, some warming spices underneath”, with hints of citrus, lemongrass and kaffir lime.
