Another week, same mischief 😈

From exploring underwater worlds and date nights that turned into “one drink only” lies 😏, to grandma’s comfort food and front-row seats to nature from our tiny window 🐿️

Throwback to the time my wife opened a bottle of wine and couldn’t finish it 🍷 As a responsible husband, I saw only one solution: turn it into dinner for friends 😌

On the table we’re serving up spicy chorizo risotto, grilled seabass drenched in pumpkin sauce, and roasted vegetables with Mediterranean sunshine written all over them 🔥

Some people save leftovers. I turn them into dinner parties because nothing goes to waste in my kitchen. She opens it, I cook with it. Fair trade, if you ask me 😏

Just because it’s a school canteen, doesn’t mean the food has to be boring 😎

We’ve been out here turning budget limits and HPB rules into flavour opportunities, one cheeky dish at a time. From hand-folding little soldiers of fortune (aka wantons) and flipping okonomiyaki like a boss, to debuting crowd favourites like gochujang ramen and pizza pockets… it’s just another day in the Chef in Hat kitchen 🔥

From kids shouting orders and us fumbling to do quick math for change, to many more just stopping by for quick chats about their day, that’s the real magic. Thank you students and parents for the love, laughs, and honest feedback. There may be a counter between us… but what we’re building goes way beyond it.

Trust that we’ll keep showing up with bold flavours and full heart. You just keep coming back hungry 🤠

Last month we said yes to everything because why not 😎

There was a bit of chaos (stumbled into a superhero-meets-zoo situation in the middle of Bedok), a sh*t-load of strong coffee, and not enough time with people that matter.

Different places but same vibe because good company makes better memories. No need to have it all figured out - just show up and make it delicious🤠
