Mark your calendars for November 14th and join us for our 16th Annual Paella Fiesta at Dashe Cellars!

This year, we’re excited to debut our 2025 Chenin Blanc—a special release that will make its first appearance at the Fiesta! 🍾✨

This year marks 30 years of Dashe Cellars! For three decades, we’ve remained proudly family-owned, independent, and committed to hands-on, low-intervention w**emaking and exceptional vineyard-driven w**es.
