Still at it.

A bit of history: St. George Spirits was founded in 1982 by Jörg Rupf as a dedicated eau de vie distillery. Over the last 44 years, our family of spirits has grown to include a number of gins, vodkas, liqueurs, single malt whiskey, shochu, and more. The craft distillation movement has grown alongside us over the decades, and we’ve been joined by thousands of new distilleries across the country.

The more that the American spirits landscape has changed, the more important our philosophy has become: make amazing spirits, unlike anything else available on the market, with innovation, quality, and integrity.

Our commitment to our craft has resulted in 10 James Beard Foundation Award nominations, membership in the Whisky Magazine Hall of Fame, and induction into the Spirit Journal Hall of Fame.

We pledge to craft quintessential spirits to delight hedonists and genius bartenders alike—and when you taste our spirits, we hope that the character and quality of what’s in your glass will convey to you what we’re all about.

Thanks for reading, and thank you for your ongoing support over all the years. The work never stops around here, and we look forward to sharing even more with you soon.

And just like that, your weekend plans are looking up.

Our NOLA Coffee Liqueur was created by coffee lovers for coffee lovers. Made from Ethiopian coffee beans, French-roast chicory, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of cane sugar, it’s rich and robust, with a slight bitter edge, round fruit notes, and just the right amount of sweetness.

Here, it works its magic in a simple, delicious, and highly adaptable recipe. Bookmark this one and you’re one step closer to brunch.

NOLA ICED COFFEE

Blossoms, meet bubbles. Scent, meet effervescence.

Our Valley Gin Tonica is aromatherapy in your glass: lightly floral thanks to the orange blossoms we use to make our Valley Gin, with light citrus notes balanced by verdant freshness. Keep it easy, garnish freely, and enjoy an instant mood-lifter.

VALLEY GIN TONICA
2 oz St. George Valley Gin
4 oz quality tonic (Fevertree recomended)

Fill a large wine glass 3/4 full of ice, add Valley Gin, top with tonic, and stir gently to combine. Garnish as you like with grapefruit, orange, fresh herbs, or edible flowers.

Blossom season is here! With spring’s arrival, the orchards of the Central Valley are in full bloom with the orange blossoms we use to make our Valley Gin. Each blossom is picked by hand—a true labor of love—then transported to the distillery as quickly as possible. Within minutes of their arrival, we infuse the fresh, fragrant blossoms in order to preserve as much of their aromatic beauty as we can while their perfume is most potent.

The orange blossom infusion is later distilled, then blended with the remaining array of botanical ingredients that go into making our Valley Gin: Valencia orange, grapefruit, bergamot, ginger, dill, cucumber, pink peppercorn, just to name a few.

As with of all our gins, the process is a botanical balancing act of the highest order, and the resulting Valley Gin is a sensory ode to the orchards in bloom that inspired its creation. Learn more—and check out some of our favorite Valley recipes—at the link in bio.

Evoking a meadow in bloom, our Botanivore Gin is fresh and elegantly herbaceous, with bright citrus, subtle floral notes, earth, and a hint of spice. With spring wildflowers popping up all over California, the last of winter’s lemons still rolling in, and mint coming in strong, a Botanivore Southside is the clear answer. Now what was the question again?

BOTANIVORE SOUTHSIDE
2 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
6–8 mint leaves

Gently muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with simple syrup. Add Botanivore, lemon juice, and ice. Shake and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then garnish with fresh mint.
