Today marks 6 months since we opened our doors, and somehow the timing feels perfect.
After a difficult month without brewing because of a needed brewhouse repair, today we are finally brewing again.

The first six months have been exciting, exhausting, humbling, stressful, rewarding, and everything in between. We have poured a lot of beer, served a lot of food, hosted a lot of great nights, and learned more than we could have imagined.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has shown up, brought friends, supported our events, tried the food, given feedback, and helped make this place feel like what we hoped it could become.

Six months in, we are still building, still learning, and still improving.

Thank you for being part of the first chapter.

Broken Loop Hop Water

Sparkling, zero alcohol, and built with the same kind of hop character we chase in our beer.

Citrus Forward
Bright grapefruit, orange peel, light pine, and a crisp, clean finish.

A tart, refreshing German-style ale brewed with coriander and salt. The coriander brings a light lemony character, while gentle salinity adds balance and a clean, dry finish.

Not sweet. Not heavy. Not aggressively sour. Just bright, tart, and easy drinking.

Some beers need to be pushed.

Happy Mother's Day to April.

At home, April is an amazing mom to two little girls. Here at Broken Loop, she has become the person everyone turns to.

She is who our team goes to with problems, questions, stress, and ideas. She listens, helps, checks in, keeps people grounded, and is brutally honest when needed.

She put a lot of thought, time, and work into making today special here at Broken Loop, and is spending part of her own Mother's Day helping bring it all to life. Because in a lot of ways, she really is the mom of Broken Loop.

So today we just want to say a huge thank you to April for everything she does for her family, our team, our guests, and this place.
