Tree Juice Maple Syrup Tree Juice Maple Syrup is made in the Catskill Mountains of New York on our family farm. We produce traditional wood-fired maple syrup.

Aging and infusing techniques are used with natural ingredients to create a full range of unique flavor profiles. Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ is made in the Drybrook Valley of the Catskills Mountains in New York, the Fairbairn family have owned and operated this 100+ acre farm since the 1930’s. In 2012, Jake, Ryan, and Rae resurrected the family’s sugar shack, and began making Tree Juice Maple Syrup™.

Around 8500 maple trees on the farm’s rolling hills are tapped each year. Miles of tubing gravity, feed the sap to the sugar house where a traditional wood-fired evaporator turns the sap into sweet stuff. We have an ‘on your honor’ farm store with ALL our maple syrup products, available 24/7 inside the big red barn at 59 Rider Hollow rd, Arkville NY 12406. Stop by to say hi and load up on your favorite sweet stuff!
