County Line Meats Welcome to County Line Meats! We offer locally-raised, freezer beef and pork shares and individual cuts.

We are Mike and Kim Videkovich, our family is the 5th generation to farm and raise cattle in Central Ohio, near Ashville.

There's ALWAYS another project on the farm!

This one has been on our list for months. Mike has drawn, re-drawn, measured, re-measured, and had all the supplies ready. We just needed the right weather and a little time!

Sunday was finally the day! Mike and Blaine spent most of the day putting in fence posts to divide our pasture into smaller paddocks.

The new fencing will make it easier to rotate the cows and give sections of grass time to rest and regrow. Better pasture management = better care for our cows!

14 posts in the ground, a whole lot more to go…but at least we're started!

How we meal prep.

Sirloin steak bites

Grill-up on Sunday and hopefully they get us through most of the week.

Except someone finished-off the steak bites on Monday. So Rude. 🤪

Guess we need to make more next week!

Steak bites are easy and delicious. Here is how we make ours:
- Sirloin steak cut into cubes.
- Marinate at least 4 hours, up to overnight.
- My favorite marinade:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup red w**e vinegar
-1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup Worcester sauce
- Minced garlic (at least 1/2 t)
- Grill them up and enjoy!!!
