Must be able to pick up this week prior to Sunday in Augusta. Will try to bundle deliveries.

Raised purebreed for past 8/10 week plus. Price will reflect that.

The orders are filled based on order of msgs received and conditions met.

Mexican Street Corn Sourdough Bread

I recently went to a retirement party where they had a version of Mexican street corn dip, which I love by the way.
So I thought hmmm maybe I should try that as an add in on a Sourdough Bread!

Jalapeños, Mexican Street corn, seasoning and Cotija cheese!
Cant wait to cut into it.

Slo Mainer can take all poultry ( Roosters and Hens) including waterfowl( Ducks)
Happy Hog Farm in the back window.

If you have crates or cages you do not want. He can take those, but will transfer birds from cardboard boxes or your containers as needed. Must be off heat!!

Dont be late, He is only there for a limited time!

Woodworking Wednesday

The kids made walking sticks for their summer adventures!

They started by shaving the bark of their stick with a draw knife, then shaping and sanding, staining and poly and finally Para cord for a hand grip or strap if they chose!

Over the course of the year we made close to 50 walking sticks with 4 different sections. I need more trees! 😂

It was a Sourdough Bagel type of weekend, among other things😉!

I have started putting my topping ingredients throughout my bagels, and not just on top like most places do. That way the flavor is throughout and not just half the bagel.

I figured out why places do that… It is so much easier to just put it on top!
I think the extra effort is worth it.
Keeping track isn’t always easy!

Homemade Nutter Butters

We might need to work on our shaping and our size, but they tasted great!
We may end up just going with a round nutter butter sandwich!
They are softer than a store bought nutter butter. More soft cookie like.
Has anyone else made these?
